Don't worry about the grey 2 wire one,it doesn't get hooked up.Forgot exactly but I believe it's a test connetion,forgot what jerry told me but it' not used.

The black/grey connector is a 16 wire connector and the blue one is also.They plug into the harness on the passenger fender one the pup/amigo.......I noticed this when I went to hook up my 2.6 in the Amigo.The donor trooper did not have the blue 16 pin.

But since you swapped out harnesses it's all good.
