I went with distance to master cylinder, so LSPV came after ds rear and before ps front. That might be wrong, though. What does the FSM say?

I had to beg my beautiful wife to come down to the garage and work the brakes for me.:D

Yes, adjust your brake shoes. You probably had to roll em "back" to get your shoes off.

The reason you do the LSPV last is because it is the seconded highest component in the system. The MC is the highest and air travels up.



Here is what it says in the FSM

CONNECT VINYL TUBE TO WHEEL CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG

Insert other end of tube in a half-full container of brake fluid.

HINT: Begin air bleeding from the wheel cylinder with the longest hydraulic line

Bleed brake line

Slowly depress the brake pedal several times.

While an assistant depresses the pedal, loosen the bleeder plug until fluid starts to run out. Then close the bleeder plug

Repeat this procedure until there are no more air bubbles in the fluid.

Bleeder plug tightening torque
11 N-m (110 kgf-cm, 8ft-lbf)

REPEAT PROCEDURE FOR EACH WHEEL

Were the replacement 92 axles out of a 4Runner? If so the last 1/4" of axle sticking out is going to be because the 2nd gen coil sprung 4Runner axles are ~7mm wider than the leaf sprung ones.

As far as having a hard time bleeding, I have never had any luck with my vacuum pump, but that is jus me. Is this the pattern you use to bleed your brakes, longest line to the shortest then the LSPV?

The reason for the different rear axles was because the drums were completely stuck on there so I couldnt get inside to adjust the shoes. I tried BFH and lots of heat and they still wouldnt budge. Yes, I also adjusted the shoes till they were just barely dragging while in the garage. With them this tight and the truck on jack stands I could still not slow the rear wheels with my brakes so there was no movement/pressure back there.

After vac bleeding, I had my dad operate the brakes and bleed manually and there were no bubbles comming out of any of the brakes. Yes, I also used that order you stated above.

This week, hopefully, Ill be ditching the LSPV and putting in a Wilwood Prop. Valve to solve the Issue. Any other things that could be wrong?
