Hey, you should repost these flares; might get more feedback. I'm just trying to envision the look they'd give a Runner. Have someone photocrop them out here. That would be cool.

Those panels look awesome... I would never even thought it was possible to remake all those different body panels in fibreglass. I don't want any trade secrets given away but I bet it takes ages to make the individual moulds? Do you create the moulds from a good donor part or by measuring and creating from scratch?

Hey, you should repost these flares; might get more feedback. I'm just trying to envision the look they'd give a Runner. Have someone photocrop them out here. That would be cool. I have the first install in Feb then another in March ... so I will post up a REAL unit .. I didnt want to start a new post yet , cuz like I mentioned .. there already on BACKORDER . I suspect supply is going to be an issue . Those panels look awesome... I would never even thought it was possible to remake all those different body panels in fibreglass. I don't want any trade secrets given away but I bet it takes ages to make the individual moulds? Do you create the moulds from a good donor part or by measuring and creating from scratch? I build my own moulds .. which is NO small feat.. Originally , the first moulds were done with a 4runner on a roticery . I design all of our custom pieces . These 1/4's are now being "blocked" again .. and will be straighter then the factory steel when the 4runner was new .

You must really do it as a labour of love then, it'd take quite a few copies from the mould to recoup the man-hour cost of making the mould. Well done. Just wish they were available in australia (postage from the states would be massive)

I hate to dredge up a really old thread, but is there any chance of seeing what those 1/4s looked like on their new trucks?
