Right next to the waste gate actuator, kind of a round thingy, two bolts on the side, and two underneath. And yes, its actually on TOP. RHS, bout a foot front of the firewall, bout 2' from the fender. In this pic its the metal thingy you can JUST see at the top of the pic, in the middle. One of the bolts is visible. There is a gasket in between it and the intake, but I removed the EGR carefully to clean it out, and resused the gasket when I put it back in place... its one of those metal ones anyway.. Carb clean and brake kleen worked wonders.
