This isn't an Izuzu but the principal is the same. I SAS my 82 Mitsubishi pickup using a full width high pinion Dana 44 from a Ford F-150. To stay away from having to re-design the steering I simply swapped all the suspension from the F-150 onto my truck. I figured Ford spent lots of $$$$ to engineer the front end already why re-invent the wheel. I used the original radius arms and spring buckets. I took lots of measurements from the F-150 and matched them on my truck. The only thing I did different was I wristed the passenger side radius arm for my articulation. The truck tracks straight, stops straight and articulates really well. And by using stock Ford stuff parts are easy to come by and cheaper.
