I also drive a 2003 Golf TDI with the 1.9 engine. Changed the turbo, injectors and Dieselpump. All that with a software upgrade gets you ~ 180 HP (motor) and I limited the torque to 280ft.lbs. How much does it cost to get 180/280 out of that engine? I dont' think I would like it with the stock HP ratings but your setup sounds like fun. Did it change your milage a lot?
