Stock Axle housings and ball joints , as well as axle shafts can't live up to it either. A REAL Dana 44 would have a better CHANCE at surviving (9" or 60 would be best though). But, that is the '07, which does have beefier axle shafts and axle housings, but it also weighs in at more than 300 lbs heavier than the '06.
