I am planning on ordering an AMC head from Aluminum Head Rebuilders. I remember that he said that it doesn't come complete.
My question is, does anybody remember what they got with this head, and what I am going to have to purchase to install this head....ie. rockers, valves, valve springs, cam.
I just want to build it or have it built so i can just drop it on, of course after changing out the timing belt and the water pump.
Thanks

Should be complete with valves and springs. Add your camshaft and rockers and it should be ready to go.

Should be complete with valves and springs. Add your camshaft and rockers and it should be ready to go. I paid $500 and got everything but the cam. Jim

anybody know where I can get some non-oem rockers from? I would try to get a head with atleast the rocker towers... From my experience mixing rockers from another head can create some problems. Right now my cam seal is leaking oil, I'd have to get it machined because it's making the seal oblong. If you got something that was line bored/machined in one unit you'll be in good shape. Since the towers are the cam journals anyway you'll know that the cam will be inline aswell.... Just my 0.2 cents...
