I would guess. bad gas, fuel pump pressure,
check the codes in the computer.
then pull the battery cable off and let it set for a few minutes.
or just try pulling the battery cable and reset the computer
wiggle the contections on the air filter box and the throttle, make sure that your oxegen sensor wire has not melted to the manifold.

crank the truck up and start wiggling the wiring harness to the injectors.see if you get a miss or stutter while doing it.the harness is known to have a bad crimp connector in it.

Something I ran into a while back was a vacuum leak in the air intake hose. A crack developed in the flexible part, and it was sucking air between the AFM and the intake plenum causing it to idle great and run at low RPM but stumble, then stall when you throttle up. Just something simple to look at.

22re Problem solved!! Woohoo.. Thanks for all the help. If nothing else you guys learned me how to use the diagnostics on the truck. I will defenitely have to remember that for anything else that goes wrong.
Anyway, this is one for the membory banks just incase it happens to anybody else. The computer code kicked in with 4 blinks... Thermo sensor error. I stuck an extra sensor in it out of an old engine. and put the antifreeze back in... and it worked like a charm. No more stutters and not more sputters. I was really hoping it was something that i could fix with the extra parts I already had. Thanks again for all the help and idea.
