It sounds like you might have hydro locked the motor (cylinders full of water, pull the plugs and see if it will turn over, and hope that you didn`t bend a rod. if it does turn over with the plugs removed then let it crank over for a few seconds to clear the water out, put the plugs back in and if your lucky it will start.
