Some of the info above seems to contradict a little...

Are the degree marks on the drivers side or the passengers side?


0* on the tab is pretty much straight up (12 o'clock). The reason I say passenger side is because the tab reads from 0* to 12* BTDC from right to left. Anything right of 0* is retarded enough to run like crap on a stock engine.

This is based on memory and if it serves me right the numbers are correct. Otherwise, whatever number is left of 0* will determine the increments per mark. *dont mind the dots before degrees, i used them to align the sketch...
