Body Damage is Cool
Smiley, I suck at the interweb so I e-mailed you the pics.

when looking for a container to hold drained brake fluid, find a container that is different from the beverage you are currently consuming.

Andre, that will work good, there is a factory crossmember about 4" back from that so it shouldn't stiff'n the frame to much.I did the same thing on the rear of an old blazer so I could use short stock type bolts----no more broken bolts.

Using the stock bushings will be a pain, since they drop thru the frame.
Pick up some poly mounts for a heep and use them on top of the tubing.
Drill a larger hole in the bottom off the tubing so you can get a socket tape'd onto an extension up ther to tighten the bolts.

Maybe on the same wavelength, but great? That remains to be seen

I really have had no issues with the side body mounts, at least that I know of , but I've only had the body lift on for two trail runs. I'll probably leave the side mounts alone for now, and I've got a master plan that will eliminate the rear mounts

I'm sure that once I get into the front mounts, I'll figure out the best (read: easiest) way to accomplish what I want. I'll be sure to post pics once I get to it.

Thanks for all the input

Hmmmmmm...

Even though the mounts on the Rodeo that are crushed-in just happen to be on the sides...
When I said "body-side mounts", maybe I should have said "the hollow raised/built-up metal flange-like thingies that are welded to the underside of the body, and support the weight that is resting upon each of the pucks"
