when i did my sas about 6 months ago, i rebuilt the front axle. about 2 week ago i noticed the long side axle seal was leaking. not bad, but the bottom of the felt was wet with gear oil. i figured i had messed up the seal when i put the long side axle in (only had about 500 miles on the setup), so i took it apart and replaced the seal.

well, its leaking again. not bad. just a bit wet on the bottom of the felt. axle does not have a groove in it, and i was really careful installing the axle, so im pretty sure i didnt mess it up. any ideas? its not a huge problem, but it IS driving me nuts.
