A. Plane will not fly. No airflow over the wings. Ground speed is irrelevant to flight, it's airspeed that counts. Carrier captain bellows "turn her into the wind and give me flank speed and prepare to recover aircraft..." He DOES NOT say "Fire up the treadmill and reduce speed"...
B. Glider will not stop. Glider wheel will attempt to speed up to 200mph, and glider may slow slightly from force to overcome wheel inertia.
C. The air in the box (car/elevator/younameit) is moving with the box. Anything flying in the box is flying in the air. In vacuo is a different story...
