I can't offer much, but remember the Pajeros in Japan were launched earlier than in the UK (that is the model/Mk changes) so it is possible to have a 91 MkII.

However:-

Brake Pads (front) - 1987 - 1992 single piston caliper
complete length of pad - 128mm

Brake Pads (front) - 1992 - 1997/8 twin piston caliper
complete length of pad - 150mm

NO differentiation between LWB & SWB
