Unless you disconnect the swaybar you won't be getting anymore travel. How much you can get max is a complicated question and there are many variables. The OME shock will allow another 1.5" of travel.

I have about 10.5-11" of total front wheel travel but with other tweaks as well.

I also run 33" tires. You will have lots of rubbing unless you use a body lift or cut and pound especially if you are looking for travel. You also need either the correct rims, correct arms or spacers to get things to clear.
