Evans NPG Coolant is inhibited 100% propylene glycol. Evans NPG Coolant can maintain a substantially vapor free liquid to metal contact (nucleate vapor only) at all coolant temperatures and engine loads. Additionally, the small amount of vapor generated during nucleate boiling is easily swept off the metal surface and then completely condensed within the coolant jackets of the cylinder heads thereby never passing on to the radiator.
It is simply another glycol based coolant. Ethylene glycol
Is the coolant used in most engines. There is a lot of hooy to read on that site. It is doubtful indeed that using this stuff would be noticeable to the driver under ANy conditions. To my knowledge all recers use straight water. I do know for sure that NASCAR demands water only.
If those 9500 rpm engines don't overheat for 500 miles I doubt ANY use for this stuff.
I run straight ethylene glycol in my rides with no water added anyway. It will start to freeze (slushy) at 0* F however.

basically you could buy a haevy duty diesel coolantlike power cool (detroit diesel stuff)its fully inhibited with a 1800 ppm nitriate count and its cheaper, they had issues with errosion of cylinder liners and heads when they first introduced the 60 series engine so they had this coolant brewed up for them.cat cummins probably has same coolant cummins has apretty blue dye in it

Well in our race car we run straight water running a chevy 350 running on alcohol and it was put on the dyno last year at over 600 horsepower and we even run tape on the rad and we never overheat and this stuff says "EVANS NPG+Ö COOLING is a new technology, a system initially developed for cooling race engines to reliably increase power" now my thought is the reason that race cars run tape on the rads is because more power with a hotter engine but not overheated engine so how does this help let me know in case i am way off base on this

Well the thing is that this coolent runs without any water and lasts just about forever. The system does not have to be pressurized so that head gaskets and hoses would last longer.Read what it says please and then tell me if you have used it or know anyone who has.As far as running plain water in nascar, who cares? I just want to know if this stuff works or not.Think about it this way, idleing along the trail on a 90 F day and trying to keep your engine cool,as opposed to 100+ mph on a track, big difference and with a boiling point of 375 F without being pressurized and with no water. The facts fellas, the facts.

Well then just go faster what is it with this idling you should have that thing screaming the whole time haha just kidding if i drove that way all the time i would be dead and have a lot of broken parts yeah and it isn't Nascar but i always try to fit it in to my daily life even if it is trying to help fellow wheelers i just use the regular 50/50 stuff from poop boys or advance it works fine for me

Well 1949 I was trying in my own way to tell you that all that is is advertising! It will not do anything that normal coolant won't do unless you have a really bad overheating probem.. And if that is the case you will prolly ruin your pistons and no telling what else trying to get home with a 300* engine. I see no reason to ues that particular glycol..
Think about it! If it was so great EVERYONE would be using it. There are no secrets to be found for keeping your vehicle cool. Your Jeep should have a 195* thermostat in it and it should NEVER Blow steam...period! If it does that stuff will not help..
The only advantage of using pure glycol (which I do use) is the lack of rust in the engine and the oiling effect on the coolant pump.
