My front spring hanger was tacked on, so I hung the springs to see where the shackle end met the frame. Both springs appear to be shifted to one side by about 1.5-2". I swapped the springs side for side, then end for end and they still are off the same direction. I cut the tack welds and moved the xmember/hangers and that improved it but....it still took a bit of a pull to get the springs were they should be. I took off the hanger and made some crude measurements after clamping the x-member to the plate. I was just looking for the difference between the two holes in each hanger, to see if the hanger was rotated. The difference in the holes on one side was .010" (which is meaningless), but the other side was at least .080" which could account for what I was seeing. A replacement is in the works from Front Range (unfortunately they didn't have another in stock, so it has to be made), but it won't be here for this weekend

FROR said they will be checking the alignment on all future ones with a rod through both hangers because their jig only locates from one hole in each hanger.
