The Healey is a 1956 Model 100, more normally called a 100-4 (4 cyl). This is his second midlife crisis car, runs a roller 302, BW super T5, 8.8 inch Ford rearend with Auburn limited slip, 3.73 gears and 4-wheel disc brakes. My dad did all of the body work, engine fitment, paint, etc. in his garage by himself in 3 years. He says it does high 11's at the California Speedway's drag track (Fontana, CA), and I can say that 80-90 mph is acquired quickly!! He has won many shows with this car and his 3 others. After I had my Buick GS400, he decided that he wanted a restomod Healey. He succeeded. Now if only he'd build my Montero automatic for me....like 777's (Drool!). <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
