I doubt the cam plug can be blown out?? It is clamped in place by the bearing cap, the dip stick would have blown first. If your crankcase pressure was that high I think you would have noticed some running problems as well. Why do you assume the cap was blown out or you have pcv problems? Can you find the plug or is it missing?
