I had one of those, but I don't think the raider/monty 4hole plate is mounted to a stout enough tube to handle towing anything that justifies that GI/ball combo. They also make a GI to fit a 2" receiver also in cast iron, also available with a ball combo. See Northern Handyman/Tools/Hydraulic, whichever one they call themselves now.
