This is what bothers me - I seen it on their website too. This very blatant attitiude that if something is wrong, the customer must have installed the wires on wrong. On the website they go so far as to show pictures of customer reported problems, what their theory is and go so far as to belittle the customer. Granted one of their "examples" was a bit outrageous where the customer was obviously at fault and shouldn't have claimed a manufacturers defect, but still - doesn't give them justification to parade it to the world.

I just wanted a good set of 8 or 8.5mm wires for my rebuilt ride and planned to use NGK Iridium plugs, and already have the new Bosch cap & rotor.

Couldn't find specs on the NGK wires - do you guys think I'd be just as well off with NGK wires?

Besides belittling customers and blaming them for every product problem, I though Magnecor had a pretty good reputation.
