Yeah, I'm definitly going into overdrive. The RPM's around 45, 50, 55 (my speedometer is off from my 33's) are low and reflect a 1:1 ratio.

That brings me to the main reason I posted this. When I hit overdrive around 45 to 55, I cannot accelerate for the life of me (maybe 1 mph per 3 to 5 seconds of time). I have stock gears on my '85 with 33 x 10.5's, which would explain for some slow acceleration but there's a catch.

I recently had a full tune up (plugs, wires, rotor, cap, fuel filter, diff's flushed and filled, idle was definitly upped a little bit) and my acceleration at this speed (45+) was MUCH better before the tune up.

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge on engines and such, but, given those items were replaced, what could cause the slow down in acceleration?

Peace,

Justin
