He lives here in CA, and if his rig is CA emissioned he will have an O2 sensor on his 22r.

I am not sure which year Toyota moved the O2 sensor on the 22re's down to in front of the cat. If they started with the first efi 22re than the '88 one wont work. I have a manifold from a CA emissioned 22r, it has the O2 sensor bung w/studs on it, you can have it for $20 if the one from the 22re wont work.

If your engine is a Fed emissioned one than any 22r/e manifold should work, you would just have to use a block off plate for manifolds w/the O2 bung in them.
