Got this interesting problem I want to get some opinions on before I throw money at it.

Was well below freezing last night. Lately I've been noticing that upon first starting in the cold, the truck starts great, but it seems to struggle with its idle. It *wants* to be at a higher idle, but just can't quite get there for about a minute. I can keep hearing it briefly catching the higher idle. Slowly at first, and then it grows until it is where it wants to be. (I'm not sure that makes sense, so feel free to ask for more clarification - just not sure how to word it).

If it was the cold start injector, I would think it wouldn't even start very well when it is like 20 degrees out would it? Is my truck just saying, "Give me a minute <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" />" ? or do I have something I can change?
