I've just converted my '94 Pajero from auto to manual. When fitting the clutch slave cylinder, I've found that there's an additional hydraulic "thingummyjig" (highly technical term here!) just before the slave cylinder. None of my 2.5 manuals have this unit, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is is/does? It's got a bleed nipple on it, and some sort of cylinder, but there's no real indication as to what purpose it serves.
