yeah, your story sounds o' so familiar. I went through the same ordeal a long time ago... must have done the process like 5 times with the same tools you are... tried seal/bearing kits from Autozone, NAPA, CarQuest, Advance, etc and even the genuine Isuzu parts. Net result was I never stopped the leak, in fact, it almost dripped more than it did when I started. I ended up getting rid of the axle and never found a solution.

Unfortunately, no one is going to be able to tell you how to "fix" your problem. sounds like you're going about it right... you can roll the dice and try again.... or if you want a one time fix, this might be one of those things better left to the dealership... At least that way you can get it in writing and you can keep taking it back on their dime if the leak continues.
