there wasnt any damage to the axle where the seal sits on it, i wish it was a better design so i didnt have to pull the backing plate and i could see the seal as im putting it in the tube im thinking about getting another axle/ backing plate from a junk yard so icant just slide one out and the other in and hope that it works this time, i just wish there was a better way to slide the seal in, since you cant see it as your putting every thing back together with that damn backing plate and all
