Body Damage is Cool
pulsation is not in the pedal which leads me to believe the rotors are fine....shoe contamination in the rear???

As i come to a slow stop the truck pulses.

Last time the brake fluid was flushed? When braking whats doing the majority of the work-if its the fronts the rears arent engaging enough, there is a special valve that will fix this..

Couldbe tires and or wheels out of round, but that would mean it pulsates all the time and most notably at higher speeds. Course they could be out of balance too..

U joints?

I've had this issue too, for about 50k miles. In that time the truck has had 2 major services at reputable shops (the first right when I bought it and I had them do Everything as I was getting ready for a 4000 mile trip, moving all my crap across the country), all fluids have been flushed, all wear items inspected and replaced as needed, brand new tires that were ballanced on the RoadForce ballancer (it applies force to the tires, as if they were driving down the road), brakes have been inspected a half dozen times and the rotors have next to no runout, pads have been replaced, etc...

In other words, no expense spaired to keep the truck in tip top shape, and yet when braking, I still get the pulsation/shuddering. At this point, I'm used to it and have just come to expect it from the truck. It doesn't affect performance in any way that I've noticed. But if you do find something, please post it up. I'd love to fix whatever causes this issue.

Cheers

Sounds like warped rotors to me.I have had a few Toys with warped rotors.(pretty common) In my experience I have never felt it in the pedal. If your rotors have been turned in the past due to warpage than I would suspect that they are warped again.Turning warped rotors is a bad idea.Buy new!I have drilled+slotted rotors and OEM pads on my T100 and have been very pleased with the results.

I would suspect rotors as well. Mine was doing that too and I finally replaced the original rotors with some Brembo rotors (not drilled or slotted) and Hawk HPS pads from tirerack.com. No problems since and the pads gave a little increase in brake power, so I'm pleased.

Same here, I replaced mine with brembo blanks and LTS pads and was very happy.
