Mine was doing that too and I finally replaced the original rotors with some Brembo rotors (not drilled or slotted) and Hawk HPS pads from tirerack.com. No problems since and the pads gave a little increase in brake power, so I'm pleased. Same here, I replaced mine with brembo blanks and LTS pads and was very happy. 1996 T100, Mickey Thomson Classics, Bridgestone Dueler AT 265/75/16, custom offroad KC's.
