HereÆs a little trick that has worked quite well for the boot itself on mine:

(Once you have the shifter lever positions worked out...)
Invert the two raised sections that surround the shifter levers so that they both point downwards. --- Secure the boot in this inverted position just below the thick section of the two shafts as best as you can, making sure to allow for their required range of movementà

Then secure the boot itself to the body, affixing it all of the way around the recess opening so that it doesnÆt pop out of position. --- I used heavy-duty Black Gaffing Tape for all-of-the-above, and it worked like a charm.

(I probably ought to add this tip to my Body Lift Write-Up)


The bad news is, if youÆve already cut into the recess (or the boot!), this might not work as well for you as it did for me.
