Have you replaced the rad cap? If not, try that.

If the cap is good, you may have a blown head gasket or cracked head, so that engine compression is pressurizing your cooling system, and forcing the cap to relieve pressure by blowing coolant into the overflow. You can buy a chemical test kit at a real auto parts store (like NAPA) that will tell you if you have combustion products in your coolant. Best I recall, it was like $30 ten years ago.
