Dude you need to tell us more about the Jeep itself. What is it you are asking about.. There are several types of slaves and master cyls in the various Jeeps.
First thing I would advise is to PUMP the clutch pedal.. If that works you prolly need a master cyl.. The slave syls usually lose their seal and squirt all their fluid out when they go away.
