Getting the Wheeling Fever

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can get some replacement flooring for my Trooper? Ii need to repair the cargo deck and the drivers side floor under my seat. Any help will be appreciated.

are you talking about sheet metal repair? if so, you're not going to find any premade tins. You'd best get to your local metal yard, grab some sheet and starting bend/forming. This kind of repair is usually custom.

If carpeting is what you want, you'll likely be confined to OEM parts suppliers... or, just rip it all out and get the tube spray'd with truck bed liner.

Getting the Wheeling Fever

I had to replace the cargo floor around the interior wheel wells. I just used 20guage steel. I cut out the rusted portion. Laid it on the steel and traced it out. Cut that out and tacked it into place. Welded it all around. Ground it and painted it. You would never know it was there. Its relatively easy if its flat. If it's curved you will get to test your metal bending skills.

if you are just talking about the carpet, here is a guy that replaced his cargo area with a protecta heavy weight cargo mat.

looks real sharp.

THOSE PANELS FOR THE REAR FLOOR WERE AVAILABLE
THE LEFT REAR WAS 48.00 AND THE RT SIDE WAS 35.00 BUT THE LARGE CENTER SECTION WAS 351.00
