I've wrapped my brain about as far around this as I can - time to throw it out there and see if anyone has some suggestions.

My 1990 22RE is idling super high. Occasionally kicking the accelerator will make it drop down to normal, but not very often. I've checked that the accelerator cable isn't sticking, I've pulled the throttle body off and cleaned everything and re-adjusted the TPS (as per 4crawler's writeup), I've adjusted the idle screw on the throttle body -- nothing seems to help.

Ideas anyone? What should I be looking at next? Vacuum leak? AFM?

Thanks,

Matt
