Getting the Wheeling Fever

I don't think so. I've checked that the throttle valve is fully closed (it's pressed up against the stop screw) at idle. I also checked the dashpot when I cleaned the throttle body and it seems to be working fine.

I just noticed that the FSM mentions an auxilary air valve attached to the bottom of the throttle body. What does that do and could it be the source of my woes?
