Getting the Wheeling Fever

Argh...

I could have sworn up and down that I was sure the butterfly was 100% closed --- but it turns out it wasn't. The DP screw was set just a little too hight so the throttle spring couldn't overcome the DP spring and would cause it to open the throttle just slightly...

Silly me. Just goes to show - when it doesn't make sense, check it all again.
