On my 90 the tach wire was already there. I cut it loose from the connector and used it to fire my aftermarket tach. Worked fine until I must have pulled it apart in the dash. To get to it I have to take the cage out so I rewired it to the tach test connector under the hood. I have an autometer monster tach that i was given and i want to put it in my truck. which connector and where is it that i hook the tach to?
