Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 1987 YJ Wrangler, and have transferred north away from home. Long story short is I don't have my manual with my Jeep, and want to remove the windshield wiper arm and reposition it so that the pass side wiper doesn't hit against the edge of the windshield on its down stroke. Can anyone tell me how to remove the arm so that I can reposition it?
