Getting the Wheeling Fever

The front driver and passenger power windows on my '02 Trooper are significantly slower than they used to be. I think a lube job would probably help them out. Does anyone know exactly how to lube the slide tracks on these windows? Not sure where to spray the lubricant to make sure I am hitting the track system correctly. Thanks in advance ... Fred.
