First thing you need to do is clean them.

I'd suggest using WD-40 with a nozzle and clean the track and
the rollers real good. Just use the WD to clean, don't
rely on it to lubricate.

Then apply a very light amount of white lithium to the rollers, but don't squirt down the track.
You want to use as little lubricant as possible (just enough
to get the job done). Too much, and it will collect dirt and
grime and could be potentially worse than it is now.
The window lift is a scissor style lift, so give the pivot point in the center a little bit of white lithium as well.
I prefer to use the white lithium grease in a aerosol can...
I believe the stuff I use is made by CRC.
