Many trucks that came stock with 31s, still have the sticker say 225/75R-15s, so that doesn't really mean anything. Look at the same stick and see what the gear code says. That will tell you everything.

Look for this code. If it says G292, like the one below, then your truck came stock with 4.10s and 225/75R-15 tires. If it says G252, then it came stock with 4.56 gears and 31" tires.
