Thanks for the reply. Do you have any idea what the changes to the ecu and emissions are. I would really like to keep as much of the newer engine as possible,it actually turned out to be a 95 and it has a 40K less miles than my original. I will check to see if the fuel injecters are the same resistance. I pulled the entire engine including the wiring harness all the way back to the ecu. I was going to lay them both out in the garage and see what I will replace or resuse
