There isn't anything really out of the ordinary that you haven't seen before. The overall length of the V6 w/ auto is really tricky to get headed up, over, and down the right angle - but the manual should make it a little easier.
Are you going w/ headers or stock manifolds and crossover? The crossover should be bolted up in place because it's really tough to get to when it's right up against the firewall.
