The box marked 'ALARM' is actually the wiper and horn relay board. It also has the buzzer thing to remind you the keys are in the ignition or lights are on etc. I think its marked alarm because of that buzzer.

The one for anti theft would be mounted horizontally below the 'alarm' box and labeled 'ANTI THEFT & KEYLESS ENTRY'.

Thats the way my '99 rodeo is at least.
