Shipping may be a problem for you, but the guy on ebay that is selling them seems to be quite fair and ships USA very quickly. The fan seems to run really well and not for very long. 16" is a perfect fit inside the sportage shroud. Hope you can get one closer to home. You may check out the manufacturers site and see if they have a distribuitor in your area.
