The controller is the same one Airdale used but I used a different fan.
I didn't take off the stock AC fan yet but I probably will. I didn't have time. Also it is very cold right now, I won't be using AC for a while so there is no rush to work on that kind of thing.

HAHA cool! So we have twin setups! Hehehe...
Dude the spal rocks but one thing I wish I had... was an easy way to get the engine temp reading so I could set my Spal to 160 degrees low and 200 degrees high. I had to estimate.
I have an OBDII tool that will tell me the engine temp but it's a huge hassle to hook it up, because it requires a computer and I don't have a laptop <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

I used a Cooper C7220 which is a pocket thermometer used by A/C folks, it has a 5" stainless steel probe and reads form 0 to 220 deg F. I just stuck the probe in the radiator tank, dissconnected the power to the fan, set the low set point at 160 F and the high set at 200 F. The fan will run at 50% all the time with a warm engine unless the temp goes above 200%. Of corse the fan runs at 100% any time the A/C is on. I did connect the A/C input to the Spal to the + fan connection which is on as long as the A/C is on.
