Yeah, the pic does show me maxed out(ie. bolt fully tightened). That's because I've tightened it back up. Loosening it up the first time made it so that now with the bolt fully tightened I still have a 1" rake towards the front. Really annoying. I did double and triple check myself when the bolt started sticking the first time, "lefty.....loosey....righty....tighty <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />"

So now my truck is stuck, literally, with a 1" rake, until I get the new bolt in there.
