Take your driveline in to be balanced, or find a mechanic who can check the runout.

I wallowed out one of my older Toys a few years back; rebuilt the pumpkin. 4 months later, came back, WTH? Friend of mine had a runout gauge; found that at some point I had bent the D/L. Took it into a D/L shop; got it balanced; has been okay since.
