Need a Spot
So i just put in a helix power tower spacer kit on my 02 tacoma it has a 3.4 . i just put it on this after noon and now my check engine light is on do i need to undo a battery terminal to rest my computer or should i take it back off

take it back off and put it in the box with receipt in hand request a full refund, youll gain no power from it, idea was taken from carb spacers which generally only work since the fuel and air are entering the same port, not true of our TBs...had one for a year sold it for same amount i paid.... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Disconnect the battery or go to an Autozone to have the code cleared. Make sure that you reconnected all of the hoses, electrical connectors, etc.

While it's true that a spacer doesn't do much (or anything) on the Toy 3.4, it has shown benefits on intakes with long runners. It's a neat concept though.

thanks guys i found a vac hose that i must have knocked off and put it back on all is good now thanks again
